Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 3.5 acre plot planted in 2012-16 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested at 20.4 brix, destemmed, crushed, then gently pressed. Fermentation using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Bottled at 1.2 brix to allow final fermentation in the bottle. Disgorged July, 2024, with no dosage.

Numbers: Alc./vol 12.1%; T.A. 6.2; pH 3.38; RS 3.48g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of apricot, dried mango, meringue, and orange blossoms. On the palate, a fine, delicate mousse, with notes of stone fruit, citrus, and a subtle mineral finish
