Vineyard: Grown on our half-acre plot planted in 2012 on an ancient river bed.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on September 21st at 21.6 brix, destemmed, crushed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Aged for four months in french oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered in May, 2024.

Numbers: Alc./vol 13.9%; T.A. 5.6; pH 3.39; RS 1.21g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of peach, roasted hazelnuts, and honeysuckle. On the palate, crisp and dry, with toasty, stone fruit notes, and a lengthy saline finish.
