Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our Creekside Vineyard - 0.5 acre plot, planted in 2012 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Hand-harvested on September 26th at 19.8 brix, de-stemmed, crushed, then gently pressed. Fermented using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Bottled at 1.8 brix, allowing the final fermentation to occur in the bottle. Disgorged by hand in December, 2025 with no dosage.

Numbers: Alc./vol 11.3%; T.A. 6.9; pH 3.51; RS 3g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of apricot, yellow plum, biscuit, and lemon. On the palate, crisp and lively, with citrus notes, and a subtle mineral finish.
