100% Pinot Gris
Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 0.5 acre plot planted in 2012 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on October 12 at 19.6 brix. After crush, the grapes were left on the skins for 6 hours prior to gently pressing. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered in May, 2025.
Production: 100 cases
Numbers: Alc./vol 11.4%; T.A. 7.1; pH 3.35; RS 1.2g/L
Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of nectarine, lemon, and orange blossom. Light, crisp, and dry on the palate, with notes of citrus, lime zest, white pepper, and a saline mineral finish.
