100% Pinot Gris
Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 0.5 acre plot of 14 year old vines.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on October 9, 2025. The grapes were then de-stemmed, crushed and left on the skins for 24 hours prior to gently pressing. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in March, 2026.
Production: 136 cases
Numbers: Alc./vol 12%; T.A. 6.7; pH 3.45; RS 1.48g/L
Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of raspberry, melon, papaya, citrus, and orange blossom. Dry on the palate, with a smooth mouthfeel, and a lingering citrus finish.
