Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 1- acre plot planted in 2018 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on October 3rd at 22 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed. Fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel, prior to bottling in May, 2026.
Production: 248 cases
Numbers: Alc./vol 12.8%; T.A. 7.6; pH 3.5; RS 14.3g/L
Tasting Notes: Fragrant aromas of mango, peach, and jasmine blossoms. Slightly off-dry and beautifully rounded on the palate, with ripe tropical fruit balanced by crisp lime acidity and a subtle saline, mineral finish.
