90% Pinot Noir; 10% Dornfelder
Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our estate grown plots planted in 2016-21 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Pinot Noir grapes were hand-harvested on October 9th at 21 brix, de-stemmed, crushed, then left on the skins for 3 days prior to gently pressing. Naturally fermented using only ambient 'wild' yeasts in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in May, 2026.

Numbers: Alc./vol 12%; T.A. 4.8; pH 3.6; RS 1.1g/L
Tasting Notes: Meant to be served chilled, just like a rosé wine! Vibrant and fruity, with aromas of strawberry and cherry. These notes carry through on the palate, along with the tartness of fresh cranberries and a refreshing, grapefruit zest finish.
