Vineyard: Grown on our 3-acre plot planted in 2016 in alluvial soil.
Wine making:‍ ‍Grapes were hand-harvested on September 28 at 21.8 brix, de-stemmed, crushed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation in neutral oak barrels using only ‘wild’ ambient yeasts. The wine was then aged in neutral oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling in April 2026, unfined and unfiltered.

Numbers: Alc./vol 12.6%; T.A. 5.8; pH 3.28; RS 1.21g/L
Tasting Notes: Beautifully balanced, with pear, lime, white blossoms, and a subtle honey meringue on the nose. Bright citrus palate, with a lime and saline mineral finish.
