Vineyard: Grown on our 3 acre plot planted in 2012-6 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on September 21st at 21.4 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2024

Numbers: Alc./vol 13%; T.A. 5.8; pH 3.38; RS 1.2g/L
Tasting Notes: Wonderfully aromatic, this vintage displays aromas of nectarine, orange zest, gooseberry, and white blossoms. Beautifully balanced and smooth on the palate with notes of mandarin, orchard fruits, and a delicate saline mineral finish.
