Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 1.5-acre single plot planted in 2016 in alluvial soil.
Wine making:‍ Grapes were hand-harvested on September 26th at 21.4 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled in May, 2026.

Numbers: Alc./vol 13%; T.A. 6.3; pH 3.38; RS 0.8g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of grapefruit, kiwi, and white blossoms with a touch of fresh cut grass. On the palate, bright citrus and ripe white peach, balanced by a crisp refreshing finish.
