Vineyard:Sustainably farmed on our 0.5-acre single plot planted in 2012 on an ancient river bed.
Wine making:‍ ‍Grapes were hand-harvested on September 26th at 19.8 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled in May, 2026.

Numbers: Alc./vol 11.6%; T.A. 6; pH 3.48; RS 0.6g/L
Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of ripe pear, orange blossoms, and wet stone. Fresh and crisp on the palate, with notes of bright lemon, and a lingering saline mineral finish.
