Vineyard:Sustainably farmed on our 1.5-acre single plot planted in 2016 in alluvial soil.
Wine making:‍ ‍Grapes were hand-harvested on September 25th at 21 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation in stainless steel. Aged four months in French oak barrels. Bottled in May, 2026.

Numbers: Alc./vol 12.5%; T.A. 6.1; pH 3.41; RS 2g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of stone fruit and lightly brûléed sugar. Rich and textured on the palate, with notes of baked apple, a touch of vanilla, and a lingering citrus finish.
