L'Acadie 50%, La Crescent 50%
Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our estate grown plots planted in 2012 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Hand-harvested on September 25th. The grapes were then hand de-stemmed into a stainless steel tank to undergo carbonic maceration. After two weeks, the grapes were gently pressed. The wine was aged in neutral oak barrels for 3 months before being bottled in April 2026, unfined and unfiltered.

Numbers: Alc./vol 11.5%; T.A. 4.65; pH 3.7; RS 1.5g/L
Tasting Notes: Bold aromatics of peaches, dried apricots, green tea leaves, and jasmine blossoms on the nose. Dry and structured on the palate, with notes of stone fruit, citrus, and subtle mineral and zesty finish.
